Question: Access to Overdrive/Libby, unable to reach server.
Hello,
Thank you for writing in.
Some patrons may be unable to sign in to OverDrive/Libby and Hoopla at this time. The issue is caused by an internet routing problem outside of the library’s systems that primarily impacts Overdrive/Libby and Hoopla Our network provider is working to resolve the issue, and we’ll update our notice as soon as the problem is resolved.
Please note that once service is restored, you should still have access to your holds. In the event that a second delivery of your hold was lost, please contact your home library AFTER service is restored to work on replacing the hold.
