Your account was part of the Instant Digital Card we offered last year when we first closed. This was a promotional offering provided by OverDrive (Libby app) to participating in the program. It allowed users to obtain access 'instantly' with only their mobile phone number.  This was offered free to patrons for a period of one year, and it's just now come to the expiry date. Which is why you no longer have access using only your mobile number. You would need to obtain a permanent library card with one of the libraries who are part of the Front Range Downloadable Library consortium. These libraries include:

Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, Loveland and Westminster.

Once you have the permanent account you can continue to access the content in the collection through your Libby app.
