Question: How do I pick up my holds?

Patrons are able to place up to 25 holds per account. You choose your pickup location at the time you place your hold. When your hold is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email or phone notice.

  • You will be notified by email, phone, or text when the item is ready (this is the preference you selected at the time you created your account).
  • You will have 7 days to pick up your holds once you receive notification. The notice includes the expiry date.
  • Please wait for your notification alert before visiting the library
