Q. not getting email notifications?

Answer

1. Check and make sure the library has a correct email address for you. 

2. Add these email addresses to your whitelist - the library notifications come from these emails:            

circdesk@cityofloveland.org

   

3. While IT is working on this issue try adding an additional email to your library account (yahoo and hotmail addresses have not had recent issues). You can then use the successful email to get tech support from your email provider.

4. Consider using text notifications while IT works on this issue.
