Q. Bldg 61 3D Printing

I would like to know what the process is to use the 3D printer or have someone create a part for me. I have a need for a part, but do not have CAD capability to create the design.
Take care,
Patricia McMahon

Thanks for your interest in our  3D printing.  I've included some links about the 3D printing service that we can do at the library.

We don't have the ability to create the design for you, but you might be able to contract that out to some CAD design studios in the area.

We offer drop in classes in our BLDG 61 and you can talk to one our facilitators at that time, they can fill you in on what you'll need to create the part and then submit it to our 3D printer.

Here is more information about the 3D printing capabilities. I would suggest you sign up for the BLDG61 newsletter so you can participate in the drop in sessions and workshops.

Thanks again for your interest in our new maker-space.

Best regards,
