Question: Is there a way to pay library fines using internet or over the phone?
Hello, Thank you for using our "ask" service. Yes, you can use a credit or debit card to pay library fines over the phone. Just call the Circulation desk at 303-441-3100 and speak with a customer services person. Please note that the Call Center is only staffed during our open hours at Main
You can also pay securely online at any time any fees or fines accrued to your account. Go to our website at boulderlibrary.org and login to your account. You will need your library card to log in. On the left hand side of the screen is a link to fines and messages. Click there and follow the prompts to pay your fines.
